How does the Gift Card work?
Much like a debit card, Gift Card includes a prepaid balance that the cardholder can use to enjoy hotel purchases and services such as hotel room nights, dining in-room or in our restaurants, gift shops, and other hotel amenities and services.
How often can the Gift Card be used?
Your gift recipients can use the Gift Card as many times as they like for a full year, up to the full amount. Purchases are automatically deducted, and when the balance has been used, a gift recipient can keep the card as a memento. Checking the balance or replacing a lost or stolen card is simple: the cardholder can visit www.sheraton.com/giftcard or call 866 230 2455.
How much does the Sheraton Gift Card cost?
The Sheraton Gift Card is as customizable as a gift certificate. The total cost is the amount you choose to give – from $25 to $1000, plus shipping and handling. Cards are packaged in either an elegant carrier envelope or gift box ($5) and can be personalized with a message from the giver. Your gift recipient will receive their personalized Sheraton Gift Card within five to seven business days if sent via first class mail. If mailed via express shipping service your Sheraton Gift Card should arrive within 3 to 4 business days ($18).

Sheraton gift-wrapping (as described on our website) is an updated version of the traditional "gift wrap," and includes exactly what you've received: our signature Sheraton-logo gift box with tissue paper, and a gift card that includes a personalized note from you, if you requested it.
